Rumlow paused in continued back the way he had come for the staircase at the question, turning his head to regard the individual in question who had spoken. Tall, built, and with the kind of muscular hidden in the loose folds of clothing that he knew this guy wasn't a lay about. Beyond that, he didn't recognize the face. There were too many good people fighting for the right things after all that it was impossible to know them all. One just got signs of one another when the time was right.
