Warnings: don't look at this this child is getting murdered i am not being metaphorical
[It really is difficult to be a teenager around here. There is basically nothing going on, and when something's happening, it's awful. So Coraline continues to do her best to distract herself.
Right now she's just wandering around until she falls asleep, lingering on the stairs in the front lobby as she considers the banister and whether or not it's suitable for sliding. She sighs. Really she's not in the mood for that at the moment. Maybe she'll just count the stairs. Again.
She hops down one stair then back up two, then down three...]
God, it's so boring here!
